Staffing Assessment and Recruitment

The selection and placement of appropriate staff in the proper positions can determine how successful a pharmacy will become.

NCG can do the following:

  • Review and update training and mentoring programs;
  • Assess the appropriateness of current staff for their given job;
  • Determine optimal staffing levels and staffing schedules in all areas;
  • Provide recommendations to improve quality, performance and production in the pharmacy;
